ValeRam Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 Very basic sales/marketing/PR stuff- do something about the incredibly clunky website- why should season ticket holders have to pay extra just to watch/hear stuff on the club website ?- training courses in 'how to smile' for all ticket office staff- employ someone who knows and understands about quality catering for the masses. Why is it that you can get both, plus at a competitive price, many thousands of feet up, in an inhospitable (some would say dangerous) landscape, unserviced by roads, in North American ski resorts at -20 degrees and yet at PP………..
