HeyHudson Posted May 24, 2014 Share Posted May 24, 2014 It occurred to me as I walked back to the coach along Wembley Way, if I took my dog out and let it crap all over the pavement I'd probably be slapped with a fine. So why did I not see any of the Metropolitan Police's finest cleaning up the huge amount of $hit left by their horses? Are they not obligated to clean it up?
