I never said anything about beating your training facilities. I was replying to the post stating yours were clearly ahead. Making out that ours were below par. Both CAT 1 academies ect. Both invested heavily in the training facilities and academies. Rockcliffe training ground was built in 1998 costing 7m. Moor Farm was built in 2003 costing 5m.
  3. Sheyi Ojo joined Fulham on loan

I would very much doubt you are clearly ahead of us in terms of facilities as you state above. Our training ground is pretty much second to none in Europe, not to mention 5 Star Rockcliffe Hall complex which cost 60 million at the training ground. I do think there is a good chance he wont go to us due to lack of gametime.
  4. Grant Leadbitter

We have been linked to none. Yeah he is another, everyone forgets about him. Has never started a match for the club and isnt even in Portugal with the squad currently. He may have been on International Duty, no one really knows. Would of thought we were wanting to offload him.
  5. Grant Leadbitter

Boro fan here. I would be really surprised if Leadbitter is allowed to leave. He is not out of contract. De Sart has gone already, De Roon is heavily linked going back to Italy if someone mattches his 10m valuation. If leadbitter also leaves, that would leave us with 3 CM's. Clayton, Forshaw, Howson. Can't see it happening, unless De Roon stays and wants top flight football having just broken into the Dutch squad. De Roon didn't feature in our pre season friendly, all the other senior players in the squad did.
  6. Manager Merry-Go-Round

Boro fan here. Of the side that went up the year before last, 12 players played 30 games or more and 9 are still at the club and unlikely to leave bar Gibson for silly money. Players like Ayala, Clayton, friend etc. Are all solid top end championship players and know the league. I think we will be around the top 2. We may loose a few, ramierez, Gibson, de roon etc. But that could bring in 40+ million potentially. Gibson has said the manager will have the best buget in the division to work with.
