Subscribed 5 mins before game started assuming it would be an automatic subscription...appears not!

Why sell a subscription 5 mins before it is due to start if you can't honour it? Shocking! 

Paid 5 minutes before the game started and I assume it isn't an automatic process as I have no option to actually watch.

This is a shambles. I will be getting a refund!
