Duracell
p.shilton why don't you apply and when you get the job refuse to play anything. That would solve the issue.

I like your thinking, I might just put a cushion off the sofa on top of the drum and bash the crap out of that
ladyram
Come on guys, aren't DCFC at least doing something to make match days a bit more atmospheric? Isn't that what we all want? It seems at times they're damned if they do and damned if they don't. So if the drums a no no, what suggestions would ya'll make instead? Sensible suggestions only please. ladyram
My first suggestion is drop the pre match music because 1 - it's rubbish and 2 - it's not needed.

derbydan
Was looking through some old prgrammes & papers the other day & it showed we had a full marching band walking out on the pitch with the ram before games back in the day. I think a drummer will be good

blackNwhites
Give me the job, I can drum like a motherflipper. When I was a young teen we always had a drummer in the North West corner, it worked. North stand used to be quite vocal.

GboroRam
http://www.wallpapers-football.net/babes/photos/football-babes3 I've never seen such unerotic underwear. It's what the missus would wear. Borrring.
RotherhamRam
Sorry but I like the idea of drums. Hopefully drown out that crap music before the game and at half time. The drum was good when there a few seasons ago. It will also give the singers something to sing with and increase the atmosphere. Football at Baseball ground was built on atmosphere but the ground design and the tightness helped to build the atmosphere. Pride park is open and flat and the atmosphere is boring at times and we do not create that twelth man unless it is against Forest and Leeds after that its crap, therefore for me the drum would be nice to see if it can increase the atmosphere and bring the Pride back into Pride Park
ladyram
Drum - ok. Let it be beat to the time of the singing crowd, if it's played over the already existing music, it'll sound awful. Just one for me, not both.

That's the point tho G'boro - it's sports underwear, designed to be supportive & practical, not erotic.
