sage
If we could scrape a draw, by my calculations, if Hampsshire lose to Essex, Derbys would only need 3 points from the last game, I may be wrong. A draw would have to be rain affected. If we bat all day tomorrow, we will win.
-JW-
We got no chance, all will come down to the last game v Hampshire which i presume will be on sky.

It's 374 minus what we score today, which could get the target below 300. Just realised the game finishes at 5.30 today as it's Sept. I take it back. Draw at best. -JW-
I think we'll still be top even if we lose but there'll be about 3 or 4 points seperating the top 3.

smiffy
Tad worried about Hampshire, they have as big a job on as us, but Adams and Dawson are going for it ,instead of stonewalling
smiffy
Not too worried about Hants Smiffy as we play um last game. . Derby'sbys 52-1 If they pull of a miraculous win they will be back in it, don't want us to need more than bonus points last game
smiffy
Derbys may pull one off yet m8 its a long shot for us and Hants though. If Derby's win today I swear I will never call Clough or the Yanks again
Gary Teale
Not looking great at 103-5 but you never know with our tail, if we can somehow hold on for a draw
smiffy
Hampshire will be out of it, but we may have to beat them, and how we are batting at the moment I honestly can not see it. We do not score enough runs first innings, we average below 300.
sage
the current pair are doing well, but how can Whitely get run out when we are batting out for a draw. Unbelievable.
smiffy
Why did we not bat ? I hope it does not backfire on us. With all games liable to have quite a bit of weather stoppage, bonus points may decide it. If Hampshire bat for two days we may miss out. I would have batted, and tried for the five points , we will see .well
