Please don't let what you see on the 13th put you off British football. It is not all this bad. I recommend you take in a premier league fixture next tome to see some proper football!!

You are joking mate? I know It's not Serie A, but Derby v Forest is ten times better than any of the boring Premier League fixtures.

I ve to collect the tickets at the ticket office that is just behind Clough and Taylor monument right? Is it near starbucks?? Sorry for all the questions but it's just to be sure 100%!!!!

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Yes, the ticket office is right near the statue, next to Starbucks.

If you want to meet other fans (and after you've been in the Brunswick) lots of fans go to Frankie & Benny's, which is at the other side of the stadium, opposite the club shop and just behind Subway.

Really hope you and your good lady have a great time - but remember to fetch warm clothes, tis Spring here at last but it's still cold, particulaly at night.

Enjoy PP and soak up the atmosphere of the biggest rivalry match in English football. 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

First off, welcome to the forum and welcome to England 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />.

Are you here for Family or just a holiday?. What attracted you to the Derby game, you could of gone to see a Premier League game or something... Yes, it's the big place next to the club shop, if you get lost then go talk to one of the men or women in a yellow jacket that say "steward" and they will direct you to the right place..

Dont go to Starbucks, expensive and too busy on matchdays i assume.. The club reception should give out teamsheets at about 2.45pm. I usually ask and they just give me one.

Have fun in Derby and Up the rams 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Welcome to England.

Make sure you wear a black and white scarf on the bus from Nottingham, and if anyone in red says anything to you, a polite greeting is to put two fingers in the air in the shape of a 'V'.

Have a good trip.

Some places for you to eat:

Frankie and Bennys

Pizza Hut

Pizza Express

Dominoes

Pizza Paradise

Godfather Pizza.

Nicos

Zizzi

Or if you want to eat proper food go to 'La Dolce Vita' on London Road.

Also while you're here you might want to try a traditional English dish called Chicken Tikka Masala. There is a traditional English restaurant called the Shalimar just round the corner.

Another traditional greeting you might want to learn for the bus from Nottingham is;

"Up yours, red dog".

which roughly translated means; "Salve, come siete?".
