It needs to be on a weekend really. Derby people scattered through Europe come to see this.

But I doubt clubs care about them. Tuesday night infront of 28,000 it is then.

And why should they? The club should look after the fans that are there every week, not the ones who turn up once a season.

TG on RD this morning said the new date would be announced either tomorrow or Tuesday.

Just a thought but will the Police allow an evening game against our closest rivals. They tend to prefer the wk end game so they can move the kick off time earlier, which is easier for them to look after as less people have had a drink or two.

When did we last play Forest as an evening game?

I hope it's at the weekend, although a night match wouldn't be so bad! I'd just have the day off work and soak up the atmosphere in town all day, hit Derby about half 9... tag along with trev to the job centre for his weekly half 10 appointment, then off to bingo with Doreen, then a light lunch with the depressed looking McDonalds worker, before making my way to walkabout for around half 2 (approx) to realise I am the only one in there and people are rushing it after work... We played them in the Cup on Friday didn't we?

I forgot about that, but I remember being down Ilkeston after Derby played Forest one evening just assumed it was a Saturday, first bar I went into a Derby fan was sprawled out on the floor with blood pissing out his head.

Sounds like he went for a header with Shaun Barker.
