Almost got took out by one sliding down a hill backwards in slight snow in Stockport last year . They are a great laugh in the snow. It's how driving should be, rear wheel drive, and great for driffting, especially the big old 7 series. They can cause the old heart to miss a few beats though. Making me smile just thinking about it.

Alph
I have a 12 year old Peugeot 306. Said I'd never get a car on finance. Just payed £250 for a gearbox. Had an oil leak I can't figure out. 1tyre is crap. Air bag light sometimes flashes. Seat belt traps me all the time. Brakes are poor. Gears sticky. Reverse often impossible. It's red. I paid £900 for it 2 months ago when I passed my test. I can't get any tools in it at all. But the headlights work fine which is a relief. Window wipers all knackered. blackNwhites
My first car was a Vauxhall Viva........ 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' /> http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2167/2362222518_7e762c19e6 What a lovely looking car. I'd love one of those. My first car was a vauxhall astra, 1.4 litre. Blue. Had it a month, let my mate drive it and within 7 seconds he'd completely smashed the back end in at Ilkeston McDonalds. To this day I am absolutely distraught about that. Bout 12 years a go. What makes it worse is I saw him about 3 years ago, told me he deals in cheap cars, does them up himself. Didn't ******* offer to give me one did he. After that I had a Citroen AX, so good it inspired 2 of my mates to get one as well. I loved that car with all my heart, it was the best. We used to drive around together, wherever. I nicked some stickers with numbers on and we all numbered our cars up, good times. Hit a curb once and it absolutely destroyed my car, sad times. Never had a car like it since...well, not had one at all for 4 years 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />
orangefleece
My first car was a MG BGT red with wire wheels , bloody lovely but a pain in the arse as it kept breaking down ...finally got it running sweet after months of niggling problems only to drive to Skeg and hit a Ford Cortina..... gutted beyond words ....
