I'm more p1ssed that its against leicester more than anything!! For years Leicester has been a cat A game in selling terms, and they make a big deal of this/forest/Leeds/west ham games when selling the half season tickets, fans prefer a Saturday 3pm kick off to allow travel time/socialising before/after the game and the powers that be ( sky) change it to a thursday which messes most lots of season ticket holders up, then for me it seems that they kick us in the teeth with offering cheap tickets to a usually high priced game for less than a season ticket price!!!

I may have spat dummy out the pram about it but that's my opinion, fans that can not attend normally should take up the deal as it is a good one, but season ticket holders are being short changed in my eyes!!!!

Wow, Im amazed at this, I used them albeit several months ago, and got a sliding scale commission based upon uptake and no of times used etc...that came nowhere near 50%, if Derby only get £4 per ticket then I take it back and cant see the point of doing this.

I can't see that Derby would pay anywhere near 50% either.

I'm pretty sure Arsenal give fa cup coupon/s with theirs...

However, watching Premier League football with Arsenal proves to be an expensive business with the cheapest tickets costing £951 working out at around £50 per game.

Just out of interest, would the people who are complaining about this offer be happy if, Derby promised next season not to offer any tickets below the average price of the lowest season ticket, but in return the revenue lost through this would be added onto the cost of your season ticket, that way you dont get to moan that someone sitting next to you for the four games pays a bit less, but you have to pay dor the priviledge.

You see I look at it that these offers subside my cheap season ticket 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

I would like to see season ticket holders boycotting this match.I am disgusted that someone can pick a game and pay less for a ticket than a season ticket holder. If youre going to do offers,do them for cup games, this stinks. It is bad enough its on a thursday night.

Im going to watch at home.

Surely this means that I get an even worse deal if I follow this advice?

I agree 100%, my point was that adding cup vouchers in would increase the cost of a ST, this was one of the reasons they were taken away in the first place.

Why would season ticket holders want tickets for a match which they already have tickets to?

I think the club offer them to ST holders in case they want to bring along a coupla mates in the hope that they might want to buy a ST too?

Come on in campers, enjoy the matchday experience and buy, buy, buy! It's all about selling int it?

Tell you what Mr Glick, get rid of that ridiculous goal music, get the singing stands sorted, really give the fans more reason to get involved and I'll enjoy everything that matchday offers just that bit more!

To be honest really do not care. If some paid to go to every home match this season at an average cost of £26 then the 20 games they pay for at full price will cost £520 and then the 4 games at groupon price (assuming they can find someone else to go) for a further £80 this will come to £600.

So what if fans come on the groupon day because it is the only time they can afford to come. It is not every match, and it is only fair in my eyes that everyone has a chance.

Before anyone says I am a season ticket holder. I have been for the last 3 seasons and I pay I think £300 in total and this is for me and my lad who is U12 and goes free. This equates to over the season at £12.50 a game however as there are two of us this equates to £6.25 each per game. So what if someone goes for £10 each in a group deal

I've got a season ticket in the East Stand and one for my lad, who's under 12 so gets his "free" (aside from the #25 for a rams squad membership). Added together, if we go to every game it works out at nine quid each for each game, which is brilliant value, and something not even a Groupon deal can beat.

In terms of Groupon, I don't care, I'd rather see the club selling tickets, getting extra revenue and filling seats than not.

I pay for my season ticket because along with what I consider good value for money, I get a seat I can choose and therefore like, I can sit with my mates and over the seasons have built up some good banter with those around me, all of which adds to the enjoyment of going.

For occasional fans or those who can't afford a season ticket, doing a few games a season on Groupon (I think there's a limit?) is a great idea.

Why would any of you be bothered if others are getting a good deal?

Good for them, I say. If you don't like it, don't bother renewing next year. Wait for the groupon tickets yourselves and see how you like sitting in the less favourable seats.

I'd like to see a full house for every home game and if that meant giving away free tickets away at 2:45 on a Saturday afternoon then great. It would make for a better atmosphere and that can only spur the team on.

Clearly a hoax, Forest would never do this, Derby County is only team in history to give offers on tickets or free ones!!!!! 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ph34r' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
