I've been wracking me brains to think of something impressive to say. I failed miserably cos the only famous people I've seen are

Paul Shane off Hi-di-hi. Arrogant, egotistical, sweaty erbert that he is (he thought he was the bee's knees at a boozer in Mexborough)

The Spurs team when Linekar & Gazza played for them, Bramhall Lane in the 80's

Erm..... I'm missing somebody...... oh yeah - Dana and Cannon & Ball!! Blackpool front in the pissing rain. Also in the 80's. And, if anybody can remember Seth from Emmerdale Farm, I served him his dinner once when I was waitressing at the Masonic Hall in Barnsley.

How's that for excitement campers 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mellow' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I met him too, when I was barfitting the bar at a pub in Barnsley..he was in the lounge area..liked his tipple owd Seth

Once went to Morley Hayes for a nice dinner with the wife, as we sat at our table ( i had my back to everyone) see said , oh one of your mates you play sunday football with is sitting just behind you ... i looked round only to see Nigel Clough with his wife and Out laws having diinner as well ...I met Marco Gabbidini in the Odeon Cinema and also met Devon Malcolm shopping in Morrisons (Derby). Paul Green shopping in the Rams Store at Pride Park ....buying football kits .....!!!!!

My Brother once spent an evening with Dean Saunders in Pizza Hut on the Isle of Man, and has never stopped talking about it since.

My eldest brother has spent time with Sane Warne/ Harry Redknapp and the majority of the Hampshire CC all through his his now ex boss who was a big sponser of Portsmouth FC and Hampshire CC. He's also stayed at Martin Brundles Mum's BB which he said is filled to the rafters with Motor racing stuff an absolute treasure trove.

In my current employment I have cooked our current manager many, many meals.

have also cooked for Mr Glick and Co. Very generous tippers that lot.

It is all coming back to me now.

Teale, McEverly.

Miller (scored against Bolton the day after I believe).

I have played a Sunday league game against, and been tackled by, Kenny Burns. Played cricket once against Dean Saunders. Took the piss out of the hi de hi bloke, Paul Shane? on a train. Had a pint at a bar once with Colin Boulton 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wub' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> . Walked my dog with Jason Beardsley's dad and his dog most days.

Had a pre-match meal at Wembley for the play off victory over the Baggies on the next table to Sir Roy McFarland and Sir Dave Mackay. I have their signatures on the programme. I wouldn't sell it for Wayne Rooneys wages.

When I was playing for Silverhill in the Timms Trophy final (I still have the trophy!) Toddy and Gemmil were in the crowd! Brian Clough came to Silverhill that year to give out the prizes, I used to have a great picture of that. I think I also played against Cloughie Jr. once when I was playing for John Port, think it was vs Allestree Woodlands, I was certain of making a tackle and the next thing I knew was the ball was gone and in our net and I could never figure out how I hadn't got the ball? I once met Neil Webb in the departure lounge bar at Toronto airport, shortly after Brian had passed away and he said that he never had so many messages on his phone as that day. He also said that Brian's coaching principle was so simple, in that after you pass you move as the opponent cannot help himself but follow the path of the ball and in that instant you have got away from him.

Played football against Scott Gemmill years ago and met his old man by the side of the pitch.

Had a couple of beers with Ray Winston outside the ground in Frankfurt 2006 WC.

Met and had my picture taken with, Posh Spice, Theo Walcott, Rio Ferdinand and Sol Campbell in Baden-Baden same year.

Due to the Posh Spice pics, we got into OK magazine and the Sun.

Met Andy Townsend at Berlin Airport after an England friendly.

Got invited down to Wembley by the FA for a seminar on the England match program and Tim Lovejoy was waiting around in front of us.

Had a drink with Danny Higginbotham, seemed a decent bloke.

Had a real good chinwag with Randy Mamola at the bike show a couple of years ago, absolute top bloke.

Was sat in my seat at the West ham game and Glick was doing his bit of PR with the disabled fans in front of us, told him to sign some players up the tight **** 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />

He sure did - I remember he was drinking either whisky or brandy when I served him. Lovely gent he was.

Ps, can you remember the name of the boozer you were in? It was probably one of my haunts 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Does this count? 4/5 years ago I was in Norfolk on holiday and I was wearing Derby replica shirt. Just walked to the local pub in the village and me and this guy was chatting to me. Sure enough it was Chris Riggot's uncle!
