Donny Ram
I'm really happy for Adkins, he did a great job at Scunny with no money, a top manager who deserves a crack at the Premier League.

Donny Ram
Is £1.8 million for Sharp correct? Yeah that's correct. All part of the rapid exit of the 4 who left the board, cut their losses and exit. Unfortunately Mr Saunders might be a tad disappointed when he asks Mr Ryan to empty his pockets for a replacement. I would echo the comments of a few others which is that most Rovers fans see Sharp going as an acceptance of relegation. All clubs will be cutting their costs going forward, it will come home to roost with the clubs who seem to be carrying on as though FFP won't exist. Good time lay ahead for the Rams thanks to the early start we have had on budgetary reduction, this is regardless of the emotions of seeing us trying to compete with what we have perceived as a poorer side. We might criticise Glick but he had the foresight to see what was happening and we changed before others.
mwram1973
for me, there have got to be ways around this FFP. The likes of leicester and west ham surely wouldnt be spending like this if it was going to be against new rules.

The likes of leicester and west ham surely wouldnt be spending like this if it was going to be against new rules. They're gambling on promotion so that it won't effect them. p.shilton
Is FFP definitely coming in now as I have been reading bits and bobs suggesting that it won't. Oh and palace have signed a non- league striker. Imagine if Cloughie had done that! CumbrianRam
You know when a transfer dealine day is poor if Bradley Orr and Andy Keogh are considered some the top transfers.
