Rams denied place in Europe due to floodlight failure?

Found this on yahoo:-

",,,the true injustice was suffered by Derby County when their inaugural top flight game at the new Pride Park stadium against Wimbledon was called off with the score at 2-1 after the lights went out in the 11th minute of the second half. Referee Uriah Rennie abandoned the match after a delay of more than half an hour while engineers attempted to get the generators going again.

Derby could do no better than draw 1-1 in the rearranged match, and missed out on a spot in Europe by the two points that they had probably lost out on."

Did not realise this at the time!

You could say that about any game not won in that season, Dunna be silly.

True, up to a point 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> ,but the other points dropped where not due to outside intervention, that should not have happened, so he has a point 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> .
