EastKentRam Posted December 9, 2011 Share Posted December 9, 2011 Not really, I rated huddlestone a lot when he was here but his first touch and passing was nothing special, I think the way he has gone has really tainted everyones view of what he was like here, I remember him being consistently good and was good at winning the ball and could play either centre half or centre midfield and do a good job, but he never excelled here IMO Agreed he wasnt amazing for us, but you could see he had something about him. My uncle used to put a £ on Tom Huddlestone to score first and derby to win 2 1 every week. Never worked out though his only goal at pride park was for wolves wasn't it? Guest Posted December 9, 2011 Share Posted December 9, 2011 Them blinkers seem to be in operation again, he is not a bad player, but Ive not seen anything yet that suggests he will make it in the top league. He has done well in patches, but has yet to boss a midfeild, and the standard he plays in is a way off PL.
