S Club 7

HERE'S another pop comeback nobody wants to see.

All seven members of S Club 7 are hoping to reform after seeing Steps make a bundle of cash with their reunion.

Their representatives are trying to agree a deal with Simon Fuller, who still owns the S Club brand.

A source said: "S Club have seen what's happened to Steps and want a piece of it.

"They're hoping to make a TV show following their reunion, a tour and the release of an updated Greatest Hits album – just like Steps."

J O'Meara, Bradley McIntosh and Paul Cattermole still play gigs at universities and clubs, as S Club 3.

It will make a nice change for them to be paid in cash – rather than pints of snakebite and black.

The band's spokesman refused to comment about a reunion.

Hope for their sakes it goes better than the comeback bid by former rivals 5IVE.
