David
Marseille full back Tyrone Mears has accepted to represent Jamaica at international level, according to French media sources. The English defender, from Jamaican roots, has never been called up by The Three Lions, and he has reportedly accepted to make his debuts with the Reggae Boyz. If this news was to be confirmed, Mears would bag his first international cap against Nigeria on February 11, during a friendly that is due to be played at The Den in London. The 25-year-old right back is on loan from Championship side Derby, but he is yet to play for L’OM this term. Stockport-born Mears could strengthen the Jamaica national team thanks to his Premier League experience.[url=http://www.setanta.com/uk/Articles/Football/2009/02/04/Internat-Mears-to-play-for-Jamaica/gnid-38688/]http://www.setanta.com/uk/Articles/Footbal...ica/gnid-38688/ This must be a record now for Jamaican players in a clubs history
Boycie
His price just keeps going up and up! Add that to his boy scout climbing out of a window badge and we're minted.
