p.shilton
Tragic news, shame we couldn't have put on a better show for him. Just wondered if this happened before the match as the players were wearing black armbands and I don't know why.
therams69
The concerned man was an uncle of one of our lads in the South Stand. He had collapsed before the game. The black armbands to my knowledge were for Billy Sharp's recent loss.

NothernRam
The black armbands to my knowledge were for Billy Sharp's recent loss. You are right. Sharp thanks Derby for 'touching' gesture of black armbands in memory of baby son He said on Twitter: 'Just like to thank derby county football club if its true that the team wore black arm bands as a mark of respect. #touching' Condolences to Rams fan family too.
