Id get Dean Leacock playing again

Last i heard he was ill but i seen him in the crowd Saturday and looked fit and well

Andersen will NEVER play 5 games in a row as Chris Riggott wont

Mark O'Brien worrys me wih his inexperience and i feel a loan spell with Burton will do him the world of good.

two words......

Steve

Powell.

Saw Leacock play at Belper the other week and he looked very overweight.

He didn't let himself down on Saturday, and that was against one of the strongest sides in the division. Apart from one or two shaky moments I'd say he looked every inch a Championship centre-half

Lets see how many injuries we get next season.

Is it the physio? He's a big lad, is he breaking them when he massages them?

It seems to be just the centre halves suffering. The only others currently injured are:

Tyson who came with a groin strain, and Bryson.

Injured list

Barker - from last season

Anderson

Leacock

Shackell - was calf now back maybe just because of no preseason

Riggot - not played or trained properly for ages so to be expected

Pearson - now fit

Roberts - now fit

Bailey - suffering because of no pre-season will play on Saturday I think.

Bryson- fit enough to play last Saturday, I think rested on Tuesday.

Tyson - joined injured and never really got fully fit.

Yep, I read it in a bit in the DET. It said he was struggling with a groin strain he picked up while still at Florist.

I read that too, and couldn't quite believe it!

How can an injured player pass a medical? We've now signed Chris Riggott whilst also still injured. Perhaps not that surprising that we have a permanent injury crisis.

is leacock really injured?

clough said he was ill

but someone on here said they saw him at the match and he looked fine?

Fom the DET site yesterday;

'Jake Buxton has been plagued by groin, stomach and back trouble and Dean Leacock has a knee injury.'

A medical is just to try and identify new problems or fundamental underlying issues. The results are often subjective and they will take into account any injuries they currently have.

It isn't a formal test with a pass/fail benchmark. We obviously thought 'it's only a tweaked groin and its worth the risk'.

We should no that from all the crocks we sign
