dantheram
Any news on the perennial injury to Anderson? Major deja vu from Leeds last season when he limped off. I just don't know why we persist with crocks - Anderson and Buxton are the main recidivists but others are just as bad. Wilko
Mark O'Brien worrys me wih his inexperience and i feel a loan spell with Burton will do him the world of good. He didn't let himself down on Saturday, and that was against one of the strongest sides in the division. Apart from one or two shaky moments I'd say he looked every inch a Championship centre-half Link to comment https://dcfcfans.uk/topic/7182-mr-anderson/#findComment-193555 Share on other sites

NothernRam
Looks like season is over for Rusty again. Get rid. What a waste. http://www.thisisderbyshire.co.uk/story-13110031-detail/story.html This talks about '2-3 weeks' is not serious. Anderson is crocked. Boycie
Lets see how many injuries we get next season. Is it the physio? He's a big lad, is he breaking them when he massages them? davenportram
Lets see how many injuries we get next season. Is it the physio? He's a big lad, is he breaking them when he massages them? It seems to be just the centre halves suffering. The only others currently injured are: Tyson who came with a groin strain, and Bryson. Injured list Barker - from last season Anderson Leacock Shackell - was calf now back maybe just because of no preseason Riggot - not played or trained properly for ages so to be expected Pearson - now fit Roberts - now fit Bailey - suffering because of no pre-season will play on Saturday I think. Bryson- fit enough to play last Saturday, I think rested on Tuesday. Tyson - joined injured and never really got fully fit. davenportram
did tyson join injured? Yep, I read it in a bit in the DET. It said he was struggling with a groin strain he picked up while still at Florist. I read that too, and couldn't quite believe it! How can an injured player pass a medical? We've now signed Chris Riggott whilst also still injured. Perhaps not that surprising that we have a permanent injury crisis. Link to comment https://dcfcfans.uk/topic/7182-mr-anderson/#findComment-194827 Share on other sites

We've now signed Chris Riggott whilst also still injured. Perhaps not that surprising that we have a permanent injury crisis. A medical is just to try and identify new problems or fundamental underlying issues. The results are often subjective and they will take into account any injuries they currently have. It isn't a formal test with a pass/fail benchmark. We obviously thought 'it's only a tweaked groin and its worth the risk'.
