Alex W
According to a twitter page called 'Fourth Official' (Apparently a reliable source), we're after him on a loan deal. Take this at face value, but the guy who posted it says they're usually spot on.

Alex W
I'd liken him to Porter before his injury.
EastKentRam
I'd liken him to Porter before his injury. Porter was slow and immobile, Miller is quick and powerful, how are they alike?

JacobDcfc
would be a good signing imo
Alex W
He's never been quick, not genuine pace anyway like Miller's got. Perhaps a little more, but don't forget that before his Injury Porter out-paced the entire Swansea backline to get his second goal. Porter was very quick, deceivingly so. There isn't that much difference, although Miller is indeed quicker. Just a little anyway

Porter is an out an out finisher. Miller is a battering ram at speed.
WorksopRam
Porter isn't fast at all. Miller is. Porter isn't big and powerful. Miller is.

Wish it was a permanent, and not just a loan. Somebody who will bully the opposition backline.....we've missed Kuqi.
Alex W
couldn't think of two more different strikers. Porter is an out an out finisher. Miller is a battering ram at speed. Both were strong, both were able to power through defences, and both could finish. Seem pretty similiar to me. We just never saw the powering runs from Porter because aside from his first few games and one or two in his second season (against Leicester at home for instance) he wasn't able to. He seems to have lost what little pace he had with the injuries. Now he's just a strong finisher.
WorksopRam
Obviously surplus to requirements at Brom. Loan with view to permanent would be sterling.
tomsdubs
If only the board would give Clough the money to sign the players he really wants eh? Goes to show he is just working with what he is given.
