Next year's away kit

Recommended Posts

I know it's early but Paul Sisson ( buymobiles.net according to his twitter) has tweeted

Its still Adidas, Buymobiles still the sponsor, away shirt is a colour we have never had an exact match & nearest was over 10yrs

Anybody think this could be a purple type colour like the Puma one on the 90s

Please not black again. Black looks great but we play like girls in it, our results away in black have been shocking!!!

Found an earlier tweet where he says it's a similar colour to a puma on that we had. So that's purple, blue or yellow. As it's a colour we haven't had before I think it will be purple, maybe a similar shade to that on the 125 years celebration rugby shirt.

I'm still hoping for a yellow and blue combo but perhaps blue being the man colour this tiem

I loved the blue one we had under GB. The Marston Pedigree one. Was such a beautiful kit, one of the best I can remember us having.

Yellow is a no no for me, really don't like it.

Purple would be a nice change.. I'd really like us to have a black away kit with orange tints.. Like the Valencia away kit now, it's amazing.

My mate had one of those, I chose not to as the colour was truely awful. I remember his bobbled up after the first week. That shirt is quite possibly the worst I have seen in my lifetime.

I think your mate was washing it on too high a temperature. Mine has lasted as a gardening/decorating shirt until about a year ago.

Perhaps 30 degrees on a slightly soiled wash cycle with minimum comfort and an eco-friendly washing powder would have been kinder on the old polyester.

Also, the washing line is better than the tumble dryer.......

and i thought you was in touch with your feminine side...:p
