CumbrianRam
I think Vidic deserved it, he's been a rock all season!

EdinburghRam
agreed, sooner see charlie adam win it ! wouldn't go that far, he's **** as well. Vidic for me, Nasri would have been at least understandable but I just can't get my head around Bale. Vidic wasn't even in the top three , it was Nasri then Tevez. Roofio
Van Der Sar deserved it. To still be world class at 41 is some achievement!
Alpha
Think Bale is really good. But not as good as everyone seems to assume. I think Nasri has been a bigger and more consistent threat going forward in more games than Bale. Nani possibly too? Tevez is unplayable. Harte has had a season to remember. Even Valencia has looked as good as Bale since his return. N'Zogbia is a tormentor too. Has Bale won this based on Spurs v Inter?? And 10 or so other stand out games? Spurs have played more than 11 games?? He should be in that team of the year though. Just because he's so ugly it makes children cry that shouldn't be a factor. He is ugly tho innit? EastKentRam
I read somewhere that Bale's only got 1 Premier League assist this season. Good player but he's got that award based on a couple of very good performances.

While Nani is top with 18. hmmmmm
Ambitious
I can't believe they gave it Bale, a hat trick against Inter and he goes from a forgotten man to being the best winger in the world, well not for me. Glad to see Kompany there, thought he would get over-looked but every game I've seen him play this season he has been immence, just an unforgiving and agile centre back.
