caymanram
Anyone notice how, when Ward scored, no one ran over to mob/congratulate him except Ben ? Now, Ben and Wardie share rooms when travelling away......so maybe they are mates. But why did no one else run over ?! Ward not a popular player ? It WAS a vital goal afterall..... compare it when Ben scored and everyone ran over.... (thought Ward was excellent - and Bailey was great, quiet but great-made a difference)
Stimacked
because they wanted to get back at Leeds and score another. They managed a 2 goal comeback in a few minutes against Cov and no doubt had it in mind to repeat the trick against Leeds.

No doubt Non-League Nigel will make him captain now. I'll be glad when he's gone.

How about they were on top and they knew they could get another whilst they were rocking. 2 MOM awards in last two home games and well deserved. Within 2 minutes we had scored the winner because we did not give them chance

(thought Ward was excellent - and Bailey was great, quiet but great-made a difference) It was Pearson who was getting the attention from the team as it was his great run that created the goal. Stephen Pearson has been going through a fairly bad time so I guess his team mates were pleased for him......isn't that the sign of good team spirit? VulcanRam
Another tiresome thread/conspiracy theory trying to stir up moaning and trouble where none exists. Go waste your time looking for Elvis and Shergar instead of wasting ours with stupid threads.
UTR.93
stop trying to creat arguments, if you watched correctly many player's ran to Pearson for his contribution to the goal!

RotherhamRam
I was indeed. Re Savage disrespect thread In that case my humble apoligies. it is frustrating at times the lack of common sense and the ability to say they were wrong about someone when people post. What a couple of games makes, people were not warming to him and two MOM and well deserved as shown some people up. Wish we had him at the beginning of the season when we had no strikers because young players like him and robinson up front could have kept the positive feeling going with their enthusiasm. No coincidence in my opinions the results and performances have picked up with the departure of Bywater and the influx of ayala, ward and robinson, along with the buzz of fielding coming to Derby. caymanram
Bananas... u are a funny old miserable lot. I was just making the observation. Which was valid...and was asking for opinions...maybe it was that they wanted to congratulate Pearo (fair enuff) but kind of odd to ignore the goal scorer in any circumstances....particularly a new pplayer. Look at how ward looked around after he had scored waiting to be mobbed...and...and... Trouble is with this forum is that there are too many ignorant souls. ho hum.... So, everybodies ignorant because they don't read too much into what was probably a nothing incident? I'm not saying your wrong or anything, but debate and opinion is what makes the forum interesting. (thought Ward was excellent - and Bailey was great, quiet but great-made a difference) First it was lilly and now ward?? Its not as if ward scored to win the FA cup!! Pearson did all the work, Ward just had to get a toe to it. Also if you watched after all the mayhem, they did go to Ward to congratulate him. Ben Davies's goal was spectacular plus the goal meant that the team were winning the game, so no wonder the players rushed to Davies
