There is an answer, that of 'because it beats all the bands of mass produced toss that you listen to!' :D

New Order

Stone Roses

The Jam

The Smiths

Happy Mondays

The Beatles

The Rolling Stones

The Charlatans

The Clash

Jimi Hendrix

The Kinks

Madness

The Specials

N.W.A

Ocean Colour Scene

The Small Faces

The Verve

The Who

Hardly mass produced, all with their own unique sound.

You missed Queen off that list. Unique sound, albums that vary style between songs, there is only one Album I can't stand if theirs and that Hot Space, only got a couple of decent songs on that one.

Keb Mo' - Just like You.

Incredible song, love it!

I'm really into Blues and first saw Keb Mo' on the 'Martin Scorsese presents' series....

What's he like? I always think blues stuff loses it's authenticity when recorded by modern artists, so I'm not sure whether it would be my cup of tea or not...?

Dont know too much about Blues, but I first heard the song on a film and preceded to google it and find out what it was.

Beautiful song! A great live version too!

I shall look into it. I know he does a lot of Robert Johnson covers, so I assumed he was pretty old school.
