Alex W
Hello All, Just thought i'd post as me and a friend noticed a stray Akinta Husky running around on his road (just behind and down from the Horse and Jockey pub in Langley Mill) and we managed to get it on a lead, and take care of it till we took it up to the Heanor Vets. If anyone knows of someone who has lost a male Akinta, and are still worried, tell them to ring Heanor Vets as it may well be theirs who we found. We walked him round the area a few times but no-one seemed to know whos it was. It's about 5-6 years old at a guess, well cared for, and very friendly so I presume it comes from a very friendly home, possibly with young kids. It was absoloutely lovely with us, though it was very jumpy and scared around other dogs. Just thought i'd post a thread, as if by some chance someone reads this and knows whose dog it was that we found then they can ring up and get it back. Anyone, carry on all

Alex W
I saw a bloke on a sledge scratching his head halfway down the A610? Ah, they can be tricky buggers. However this one was more of a 'Scooby Doo' than a pack dog so it's safe to assume it wasn't his
