From the Forest OS Site

Nottingham Forest officials will keep a close eye on the adverse weather conditions in the build-up to Wednesday's FA Cup tie with Derby.

The club has been inundated with phone calls this morning from supporters enquiring whether the fourth round replay had already fallen foul of the wintry conditions.

The game is still on although if the weather persists the pitch at The City Ground might be subject to a pitch inspection on the day of the game - but not before.

A Forest spokesman said: "We have under soil heating at The City Ground which enables us to keep the pitch in a good playing condition, even during the coldest parts of winter when games elsewhere may have to be postponed.

"It is unlikely although not impossible that The City Ground pitch will not be playable."

Just been confirmed on their site the game is 100% on tonight.

Tonight's F.A. Cup fourth round relay with Derby County is on!

The pitch is in good condition with the under-soil heating having been on since last week. The surrounding areas have been gritted and are clear of ice and snow.

With no pitch inspection planned, the game will go ahead as scheduled at 7.45pm.
