All rumour. But not completely unfounded as it was well established Bain Capital were one of the groups in discussions with Quantuma.

I don’t remember links to Bain Capital, only a Carlisle Capital. Happy to be proven wrong!

David Clowes said that DCFC was a week away from going bust when he saved us . We are eternally grateful to him . But I do not envy him having to deal with these money men who will go to the brink to get the deal they want . None of them are interested apart from making money out of us .
