bimmerman
In order of regularity - My new football club-David Earl, Jon beer and Alfie Indra mostly talking about Willie's and vaguely about football Cade cycling podcast-it's proper good and they actually talk sense The casual criminalist-simon whistler The rest is politics The no b******* guide to a happier life Under the cosh Jaackmaates happy hour
Leeds Ram
I do listen to the Rest is History selectively but I abhor the Rest is Politics tbh. Listened to it once and wouldn't touch it again with a bargepole. But given I'm not a particular fan of either Rory Stewart of Alistair Campbell, whose political competence are sketchy at best in my book, this is perhaps no surprise. My more regular listens are Political Theory 101, The Political Theory Review, The Rachman Review, Wisdom of Crowds and Steve Bloomers Washing. kash_a_ram_a_ding_dong

IlsonDerby
Every episode usually: Football guardian weekly. Rest is politics. listen to a lot of the news agents even if the hosts get on my nerves a bit - still think they’re good at giving guests a hard ride in interviews. If I’m on a flight or doing a big job around the house: Undr the cosh Used to religiously listen to the ramble every episode but I’ve really fallen out with it. Can’t put my finger on it but just don’t enjoy it anymore.
Bob The Badger Posted yesterday at 19:18 Author Share Posted yesterday at 19:18 The Coming Storm on BBC Sounds. Season one was about QAnon, Trump and the Clintons. I've gone back to that after catching up on the new season because I never listened. It's frightening. The new season is right up to date with conspiracy theory assclownery. I knew some of these lot were mental, but not how mental. If Trump loses narrowly they could be at war.
Carl Sagan
There's new AI software from Google called NotebookLM that allows you to create your own podcast about anything. It's pretty mindblowing. Just give it some text and you'll get two voices, one male one female, doing a deep dive into it: If anyone's interested in hearing a meta podcast of AI discussing AI, here's one I made earlier. The thing is this sort of technology doesn't stand still. It's amazing already, and will only get better.
