Football stewards

I saw an advert on FB for stewards for Derby and Burton Albion yesterday which I was suprised about. Only £9 an hour mind.

There were a lot of youngish folk in front of the East stand at the last game dressed in white shirts and black trousers but no high-viz jackets/vests (it looked like a work experience session ?) - suspect they've lost quite a lot of the established stewards (or they don't fancy sitting in front of a large number of potentially covid-ridden folk shouting/singing in their direction....)

£9 is above minimum wage isnt it? Plus you get to see the game. 
(Not all of them as they have to constantly stare at us incase we do something naughty)

There is also the thrill factor of not knowing if you're going to get paid at the end of your shift!
