Guest
I saw an advert on FB for stewards for Derby and Burton Albion yesterday which I was suprised about. Only £9 an hour mind. Edited September 24, 2021 by Guest *

Only £9 an hour mind. There were a lot of youngish folk in front of the East stand at the last game dressed in white shirts and black trousers but no high-viz jackets/vests (it looked like a work experience session ?) - suspect they've lost quite a lot of the established stewards (or they don't fancy sitting in front of a large number of potentially covid-ridden folk shouting/singing in their direction....) Boycie
£9 is above minimum wage isnt it? Plus you get to see the game. (Not all of them as they have to constantly stare at us incase we do something naughty)
