As uncle Mel seems to have wrapped bubble wrap around pride park that’s one asset we can’t really use at the moment so what can we use or get rid of to generate money?

close or sell off moor farm ?

shut down club shop go to online bit like ASOS?

 Sell off players  ?

Stop funding or close academy at the expense of losing category status

no mascots

increase price of match day food and programmes

shut down backyard  - reduce staff ir transfer staff to the yard

set up a partnership with the arena for match day parking

Temporarily close of part of underused stand if we average 20-21,000 at the games = reduced need to hire stewards

any other ideas ?

Well what we could maybe is buckets asking for donation to help to save our club what ever people can afford to give.

Could we asking likes of costco to see if we can come to sort of agreement to see if can use section of car park fan parking maybe charge £6 a car.

How about some sort of crowd funding to help pay the wages of the players and day to day running of the club. This could be online, fund raising events and even as B4 suggesta having some buckets by the ground with volunteers.

Doubt it would be sustainable in the long term but in the short term it is worth a try.

close or sell off moor farm ? Already sold off

shut down club shop go to online bit like ASOS? pretty much the case already, isn't it?

Sell off players  ? Can't until Jan

Stop funding or close academy at the expense of losing category status Better to offer the youngsters to other clubs to get some compensation. Lots of interest from PL clubs for a lot of our players at all levels

no mascots would this actually save any money?

increase price of match day food and programmes maybe lower so more people buy them?

shut down backyard  - reduce staff ir transfer staff to the yard  Already shut isn't it? Haven't seen it open when I've been to games this season.

set up a partnership with the arena for match day parking

Temporarily close of part of underused stand if we average 20-21,000 at the games = reduced need to hire stewards

Get an advance from the EFL for PL funding - up to £6m

Advance on future transfer payments for Delap, Gordon, etc - gotta be a few £m

Also ask coach companies who take fans to away ground if they be will put a bucket on the bus or a little tub things were people putting in lose change and get someone give it to the club who currently in charge of the club we know mel is damn not anymore.

I like your enthusiasm B4. We need more fans like you who are passionate and really care about the club.

Yes I do

As I said only thing I look forward too at the weekend or midweek away games we have to help fight for our club survival mate.

Does anyone know were cocu is now maybe someone can convince him to delay money we owe him or more like mel. Or if he wants to help club out.

Let a be honest there is nothing we can do. Anything that us the fans can do and any funds we raise will be a drop in the ocean in terms of our problems. Currently £1m will have very little impact. If we wanted to raise £1m and had an attendance of 25,000 at the Reading game each fan would need to donate £40. Never going to happen. We are totally at the mercy of the administrator and reliant on a wealthy consortium coming forward.

Bleak but true.

We wouldn't even know where the money would be going. Player wages wont be the first priority of the administrators

Programmes? They’ve stopped selling them. I should know. I did it for 21 years.
