Turk Thrust
Saw the Stones in concert 50 years ago. Seems strange to think that Charlie won’t be around anymore. RIP

Cisse
He got far too recognition in my opinion. Well at least here. RIP.
Gaspode
Was almost expecting this when they announced he’d dropped out of their latest tour - even so, a really sad day. RIP Charlie
AndyinLiverpool
A great drummer. Not just for what he did but for what he didn't do. Miggins and I know nothing
Pearl Ram
Two legends. But regarding Charlie, can you imagine the indignity of being pulled to one side and being told to sort out your drug problem by Keith Richards of all people. ? I did like the story of him laying out Mick, and said "I'm not your drummer, you're my effin singer"! Bob The Badger
A legend for sure. I do wonder if any celebrity dies in agony with their family nowhere to be seen though. RIP Charlie.
Brammie Steve
A great drummer who managed to avoid (almost) all the excesses which come as part of spending over half a century in the world’s greatest R & B band! RIP Mr Watts! Miggins and Anag Ram
Miggins
He was so mild-mannered compared to his flamboyant band mates and very dapper when he chose to be and for me this made this slightly enigmatic man much more interesting than the others. Charlie and the band have made a huge contribution to the music industry over an incredible number of years. I was always a Beatles fan but I thankfully came to appreciate the Stones in later years. I loved that the family referred to him publicly as their beloved. No greater tribute could be paid. RIP Charlie.
