Businesses can I believe on their premises. I think also there is no legal guidance yet on how it interacts with an employer's duty of care towards its employees which could affect this. Someone had already said some airlines have already confirmed it. There is evidence that masks help. Many of our fans are older and the lady I sat near had a health condition. I hate masks but I am more than happy to wear a mask watching a match even outside if they feel more confident going back to the football they have missed while being shielded for a long time stuck at home.
