JuanFloEvraTheCocu'sNesta
My advice would be to not buy a football club because they are a sure fire way of turning whatever amount of money you have when you start to own one in to a much smaller amount when you finish. Have Dancing Duck ale on in the concourse Let real ale drinkers get served before carling drinkers Give Rooney a 4 year contract and let him build a squad without panic buying. Give free tickets to those that chase away fans to the station. Only joking with one of those..... Must be this one. Or you're very generous continuing to serve children's beer in the concourse. uttoxram75

Best way to make a small fortune in football? Start with a very big fortune.
DavesaRam
Stop setting the team up to not lose. Press and harry the opposition. Set the team up to attack the opposition. Play to our strengths, not to nullify the opposition. Keep the fans involved. David Graham Brown and Deej

2tups
Pre season friendlies in exotic faraway places against defences that might give the strike force confidence. I’m thinking Cove, Peterhead and Aberdeen then a grand finale against the Inverurie Locos for the Ovine Intervention Cup. Either that or put some cool stuff in the shop worth buying. uttoxram75 and David Graham Brown 1

If anyone says sign Chris Martin that’s an instant ban! Fasten safety belt. It is going to be interesting.

RadioactiveWaste
Whatever you do, Don't start trying to interfere with the on pitch side of things. Such interference never seems to end well, give the footballing side their budgets and targets and let them pass or fail. Do not under any circumstances refer to "the Derby Way" Andrew3000
rustylee
Go all in risk everything either get us promoted or take us into administration keep it interesting none of this slow and steady rubbish.
1of4
Don't expect to make a profit, well, not until we've won a couple of Premier League titles. If the sole purpose for buying the club is to grab as much money as you can, while running the club into administration. Don't come
RamLad1884
The fans don't necessarily demand promotion. All we want is an identity again. Even though Lampard and Rowett somewhat emulated the achievements of Mac 1 we can all agree that season under Mac was the best. Why? Because we had an identity, in that case the plucky underdogs. Every season since we've been constantly changing who we are.

EtoileSportiveDeDerby
Keep academy going, it is working well producing quality players able to step up to the first team. Shame we seem to have had to let go of some of the best ones but still, Daz Waz and co seem to be doing the right thing. in factunder Mel the training ground has been transformed beyond recognition and he has spent millions on it, it would be nice that it is somehow recognised. Not saying rename it as opinions are divided about his stewardship but at least have something in place to recognise that if the cat 1 academy is there and clearly working it is because of his vision.
