We've had a solid 3-4 years straight now of regularly seeing stories about embargoes, unpaid wages, legal battles with the EFL, problems with other clubs and ex staff members etc. I just want us to go back to being a football club where the football is the main focus rather than a disruptive business that plays football every so often. Appoint a sporting/technical/whatever director to decide on a tactical approach and let him/her make all coaching appointments based on that approach. Accept the fact that there are huge amounts of luck involved in football. Don't lose your head and rip things up.
