Keep the academy going strong - Mel did a great job with this and it needs to continue

Buy/loan lots of experienced players as the Academy cannot be the majority of the team if you want promotion! See how things are now.

Remember its just a business, your latest play thing, treat it with the distain it deserves, don't worry about getting promoted, no one want so anyway and we don't deserve it.....that's about it really, other than that enjoy yourself, and give me a shout when you are bored and have left.

No loopholes! 😂

Can we just have a lengthy period where the club is in the news for the right reasons (or not at all) please. We've had a solid 3-4 years straight now of regularly seeing stories about embargoes, unpaid wages, legal battles with the EFL, problems with other clubs and ex staff members etc. I just want us to go back to being a football club where the football is the main focus rather than a disruptive business that plays football every so often.

Be truthful with the fans, if because of ffp/ or you just want to spend silly money on a player, then say so, let’s get a quality scouting team in as well, or get the ones we have now to pick out some bargains in the transfer market eg the likes of Idiakiz, Rasiak, from abroad and the likes of Chrissy Martin/ Craig Bryson from the uk.

Run the club sustainably.

If you invest in anything, make sure it's in smart recruitment.

Appoint a sporting/technical/whatever director to decide on a tactical approach and let him/her make all coaching appointments based on that approach.

Accept the fact that there are huge amounts of luck involved in football. Don't lose your head and rip things up.
