Injury List:
Byrne - Misses next 1 or 2 games
Clarke - misses next 1 or 2 games
Waghorn - misses next 1 or 2 games
Edmundson - Back for the final 2 or 3 games
Ibe - Doubt he'll play for the first team this season
Gregory - Out for rest of season
Stretton - Out for rest of season
Davies - Out for rest of season
Bielik - Out for rest of season (and a good chunk of next season)

Senior players available for this game:
G: Roos, Marshall
? Wisdom, Mengi, Forsyth, Buchanan
M: Bird, Knight, Shinnie, Baningime
W: Lawrence, Jozwiak, Sibley, Roberts
F: Kazim (just)

And people will still shout scream and cry at Rooneys selection..I mean look at what we have available..that is worse than bare bones..

We are in horrible form, most good players injured (Bielik, Byrne, Clarke) and they are on fire. Only logical outcome is home win.

UP THE RAMoS!

To use an old footballing cliche, I will be over the moon if we keep this respectable and not too damaging to our goal difference.....fear this could get embarrassing unfortunately ?

Just to think Mel has his dteam, a bench full of youngsters from the acamady, and at least 4 or 5 in the first 11, this was Mels dream, and look where it has taken us. Let football people run football clubs, not rich owners who know duck all about the game.

We start again.

A potential positive is that Alonso's dad ran a successful football club?

He was our worst player v Reading and our worst player (after the first 20 mins v Luton). Parts of his game are very good, but elements are awful. He has a lot to learn and needs to start doing it now.

He is way better than Knight in the number 10 role, and struggles out wide when we revert to “hoof it over the entire midfield” mode. He needs ball to feet, so unless he can master running on his hands whilst projecting himself 20 foot up in the air, he will struggle when played out of position. As do most players of the calibre we have at the moment.

Plus according to my Narwich supporting mate we are their bogey team and he expects us to scab a 1-0 win or draw

I cannot see us playing 5 at the back.
Firstly, that means we're playing all of our avaialbe defenders (McDonald, Wisdom, Mengi, Forsyth, Buchanan).
Secondly, Norwich play 4231. Rooney always sets us up with 4 at the back when up against that formation.

The question we have is, who fills in at RB? The 4 options I see are:

McDonald   Wisdom   Mengi   Forsyth
Wisdom   Mengi   Forsyth   Buchanan
Mengi   Wisdom   Forsyth   Buchanan
Buchanan   Wisdom   Mengi   Forsyth

I have a sneaky feeling Rooney will go with the 4th option. The 11 being:

Marshall
Buchanan   Wisdom   Mengi   Forsyth
Knight   Bird   Shinnie
Jozwiak                      Lawrence
Kazim

Subs: Roos, McDonald, Bateman, Archie, Baningime, Sibley, Watson, Roberts, Cresswell

I'd like to see Ebosele at least on the bench for this one. He has looked outstanding in the u23s for a while and only unlucky injuries have kept him from pushing into the first team squad already. I think he's possibly better than McDonald too.

My good fellow, you may be excited by my little doodle.....

Its getting desperate now.

For this match I'd go all out for a draw.

Id recommend 541 formation.

You are Wayne Rooney and I claim the £5.

Available for ST holders on RamsTV if you didn’t know, now you do.

And no you don’t have to watch, feel free to do the gardening, watch paint dry, pick your nose or take the missus shopping.

Just letting those who may want to watch, know they can before the doom and gloomers start with the wide cracks.

I know you all too well ?
