Clarke 6 - Solid Buchanan 6 More comfortable in a 3. Shinnie 8 - Great energy and intensity. Bird 4 Poor. Has been messed around with selection over recent weeks though. Jozwiak 5 Little service but did try to do bits. Knight 6 Nothing first half, much better as a hustler second half. Watson 4 Not in the game. CKR 7 Excellent with players around him. Wisdom - 4 Involved in conceding both goals with poor pass for the first and not making his tackle for the second. Improved second half but he’s been struggling in recent games Clarke - 6 Buchanan - 5 - Poor first half much better in the second Shinnie - 8 - been back to his best in the past two games Bird - 4 - Game passed him by. Real shame as he’s been better recently, probably going to have to sit out for the next few games. Still think he will be a quality player Jozwiak - 5 - Not helped by the team performance but he wasn’t great again, can’t see him starting the next game. Knight - 6 - 4 out of 10 first half, 8 out of 10 second half - not seen that level of performance from him in weeks. Watson - 4 - Tough debut not helped by his teammates but will come again. CKR - 6 - Isolated first half came alive in the second when we got players around him. Great link up play for Gregory’s goal. Hope he’s not out for too long Mengi - 7 - Did well when he came on Sibley - 9 - MOTM despite only playing 45 mins. Gregory - 8 - That was the player I thought we were getting when we signed him. Hard luck for those who got pulled at half time as they had no chance to redeem themselves. Likewise the second half subs might have scored lower if they'd been part of the first half. Much better second half even though I nearly put my foot through the telly when he did that overhit free kick to Mengi in the second half from a really good position Wisdom - 2 absolutely awful Clarke - 6 can't remember him putting a foot wrong, was let down by those around him Buchanan - 5 had an awful evening, clumsy for the penalty, struggled against Mbuemo, poor going forward Shinnie - 9 MOTM - drove us on. Don't know where we'd be without him this season Bird - 4 Completely anonymous except for when he lost the ball in dangerous areas. Don't know what's happened to him. Gone from being one of the first names on the team sheets last season to being so far out of his depth. Perhaps needs to come out of the team until we are mathematically safe to take the pressure off Jozwiak 5 - Didn't do a lot wrong, didn't do a lot right. Needs to come out of the team Knight 7- Poor first half, so much better second half, won the ball further forward and put Brentford under pressure Watson - 5 Poor lad hardly had a kick, no idea why he was playing out wide and Knight was central first half. Seen enough in his cameo sub appearances to know that there is a very good player in there. Hope he bounces back CKR - 7 - Usual performance, held it up well, won a lot of flick ons. Had no service first half at all so can't be blamed for that performance Mengi - 7 Looked so much better with him in the team but on saying that can't really remember us having much defending to do second half Sibley - 8 Brilliant. Really happy for him, took his goal well. Caused problems by running at Brentford.
