Like others have said he’s had his punishment in court then the charity work,he has also done a public statement of apology,It was also taken in to account what Tom was and is going through with the loss of his mother and this could have been a major contributing factor.Derby County were happy to keep him within there ranks rather than cast him out at a very low point in his life.Luckily you ain’t in charge.
