Website informs me in BIG yellow letter I'd missed my appointment. Checked my little card, e-mail, SMS. No I hadn't. OK rebook on line, not offered Arena but got one also Sat at Hatton. Told Mrs Findern to check hers. Chap on phone said "can't help you booked through GP (no not to our knowledge) as we don't use Arena ANYWAY THEY ONLY DO ASTRA NOW. NOT PFIZER. Check with GP as we can't see those appointments as its a different system" Mrs is Pfizer. Been trying GP for nearly 2 hrs. Down to 10th in queue! Her team are all taking 2 days off sick after the jab. Reason: “because everyone is taking sick days”.
