Saw this last night and found it hilarious.

Jackie Weaver doesn't actually come out of it too badly if you watch the 18-minute video.

She comes across as the most competent to me.

The guys at the start were just bullies, should never be involved again.

Fair play to the old bloke who predicted it would go viral on social media. That’s some foresight for a bloke from the Victorian Era.

Surprised he did not ask if everyone had their quills and parchments ready to take notes!

I enjoyed that immensely. When it was suggested that the next meeting be held on the second Tuesday in January, you could tell the old girl wanted to say see you next Tuesday.

Armando Iannucci should be all over this.

It looked like a pilot of a BBC One comedy, with the exception it was funny in places.

It's starts with a muttered F-Bomb, and descends from there.

Still better than Mrs Brown or Not Going Out, though.

I'd have thought Richard Curtis in Vicar of Dibley mode would be a good fit.

WW2 was funnier than Mrs Brown

You need to get out more often if you think not going out is not funny. ?

10 years ago, maybe.

5 years ago, possibly.

Now, it's Outnumbered without the kids.

Apologies I meant it as a double meaning on the words if you think not going out is not funny in general you would have to go out more often to obtain fun, sorry just my sense of humour or lack of it or the three northern monk beers I have just drunk.

Fair point, nuance is often lost when in  written form on a forum.

Apologies!
