roboto Posted January 13, 2021 Share Posted January 13, 2021 We're at the end of the table where we should only be relying on our own results. Teams around us will drop points all the time, hence why they're down there, it's up to us to get our points and move up the table. A different scenario from other seasons when we're at the top end and everyone is picking up points, so any time a team doesn't win they go backwards. We're still very capable of moving up the table with the current squad now that it has been galvanised with Rooney's leadership. Hopefully, the COVID/Wages/Takeover stuff doesn't distract from how we were playing in December and we can continue to pick up points quickly.
