Sparkle Posted November 22, 2020 Share Posted November 22, 2020 You have to play a system that suits the players you have we have been constantly playing with the obsession of not just one but two defensive midfielders which reduces our attacking abilities - it’s ok when you are 2 or 3 goals in front but we are never close to that with 442 you need solid players who can do many aspects of what is needed attack defend, cover each other and support each other whilst we tend to have to many lightweights who can hardly do one of those aspects very well and certainly not consistently.
