LB_DCFC
This one hurts. I wanted so badly for it to work out. Good luck Phillip
Shuff264
Its the right decision but I am sad about it, I really thought it could work. By mutual consent sounds like there was some agreement made, if it was to the clubs benefit then we should be grateful to Cocu for that. Lets see what comes next

jimbo jones
Had such high hopes, but it’s pretty much all gone wrong from day 1.
Ramos
Good luck to him. Sadly didn’t work out, but it’s the right thing for the club for me. If it is by mutual consent and means he’s agreed not to take all the money then he’s even more of a gentleman than we thought. Although I’ve never really understood the ins and outs of mutal consent. angieram
I feel like this is a sad but necessary move by the club. We all liked him and wanted him to do well. He's had to deal with more rubbish off the field than most managers but results matter.
Mckram
He can leave with my full respect, it’s 100% the right thing to do.

nottingram
Wonder if there has ever been such consensus for it being the right decision but also such appreciation for a manager. Certainly a strange situation. Just pretty gutted really. Desperately wanted it to work but it just hasn’t.
LittleEatonRam
Gutting. Maybe under different circumstances it could have worked. Best of luck, Philip.
DeMontfortRam
Genuinely disappointed for the bloke, wanted him to do well. It will be interesting to see what happens next... Who comes first? The new owners or the new manager?
