Delayed start, Godleman done his groin in the warm up and is out....you couldn’t make it up. Hughes is back and will captain the side.

Priestly is in for Thomson which is a weird one, thought Thomson has looked to be getting better with both bat and ball....then again he’s probably injured ?‍♂️

Don't worry I have it on good authority that Anuj Dal is seeing it like a football in the nets and is hopeful of making double figures today!!!

It's all so painful to watch, we are shambolic - We actually have one of the more experience teams playing and we'll still get walloped.

110 for 3 is hardly getting walloped. We know we are down to the bare bones but seriously

From the teams I’ve seen across the competition I wouldn’t say that’s true, most teams are a mix of youth and very senior players, and a couple that would be considered in their prime.

Our biggest problem is no batsmen, only  Came and Wood can be considered specialist batsmen in this team.

Sorry, that's incorrect (not the 'getting  walloped' bit). 5 of Derbyshire's best 6 batters in one day cricket are Billy Godleman, Leus Du Plooy, Wayne Madsen, Matt Critchley and Harvey Hosein. All are missing through either injury or the Hundred.
