What's the estimate on that?

I can see some wealthy Utd or City fans wanting it.

Why isn't it on display at the FA's football museum - wherever that is nowadays? Is it at Deepdale?

That's where iI went.  Nicely positioned you could look onto the pitch through a glass corner.  A lot of Derby stuff there including the afore mentioned 6-0 final football, a rattle from the 46 final with the owners story on tape and other bits. maradona hand of god shirt was there on loan from Steve Hodge- it did say it was the highest independently valued football shirt at 250k - that was 2003.

This trophy should be there.  It's historically of massive importance .  Hope there's at least a caveat where it must remain in the country.

I just read that is has been there for the last 5 years, on loan from the current owner, David Gold of Birmingham City and West Ham fame.

Now he's selling up though.

4 FA Cup finals in 6 years.......plus a replay as well......all at Crystal Palace,

I hope the travelling Rams got to know how to find it. I once drove round South London looking for Palace's ground (pre Sat Nav) and couldn't find it. I ended up parking outside a supermarket and asking someone if i was near to Selhurst Park, he explained that the shop was actually attached to the stadium and i still couldnt see the ducking shitehole.
