As Owen Bradley tweeted, this is the one that means more, recognition from your team mates is some going for the lad. One of the first names on the team sheet now

To add onto this I think it's fairly clear the rest of the team rates him given how often they feel comfortable in giving him the ball in really tricky situations. They just trust that he won't get caught out.

I just hope we don't burn him out next season. Like we do with our star youngsters in the last 20 years.

Good point, this. Trying to think of players we haven't burned out.

Only one off the top of my head is Hendrick.

He has had to mature quickly in very unfortunate circumstances.

He had done brilliantly to displace huddz and co. Now Just needs to have the confidence to get to the next level and be more creative. Maybe even contribute a few goals.

Bird, knight and Sibley give us a wonderful foundation.

In the friendly against Peterbrough, he collected the ball outside the penalty box. Someone on the touchline shouted "shoot".

Bird skied it over the bar. It may have entered a low earth orbit.

Maybe something to practice on (future) skipper ?
