admira
The Premier League season is set to restart on 17 June with Aston Villa v Sheffield United and Manchester City v Arsenal, the BBC has learned. The matches are the two games in hand. A full fixture list would then be played on the weekend of 19-21 June. Clubs are still discussing the idea at a meeting on Thursday, but it is understood all have agreed in principle at this stage. There are 92 fixtures still to play. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/52833725

alexxxxx
All games televised. And likely to be games on every day. As midweek games are to be shown Tuesday to Thursday and weekend fixtures friday to Monday. Sky have 60 of those games with 25 of them being broadcast for free as well. So basically that gives the premier league back what 80-90% of their revenue? Economics are very different for the championship but if it appears that the leagues will be played to a conclusion that's one of the reasonable alternatives. uttoxram75
The police have asked for games in Manchester and Liverpool to be played at neutral venues. Are they expecting fans to turn up at the grounds in these cities but not elsewhere?
