Only this morning reading how they were lined up for a 12pt penalty, so goes to show you can beat the EFL on such matters.

Well Mr Gibson, we’ve done everything we can, go blame the independent tribunal that threw it out ??‍♂️

So basically an independent hearing has said the EFL were wrong to charge them. Interesting, this is the first time we’ve got actual evidence of what we all kinda already knew - that the EFL don’t have a duck what they’re doing. And they’re still trying to fight back. Joke of an organisation. Once they start charging teams for things they’re not guilty of, they need to be torn apart from the top down and rebuilt imo. Can’t be having this sort of a mess in charge of our leagues.

Sith Happens

Surely the EFL should compensate Birmingham. Having a charge round your neck has to have a negative effect. Perhaps if the EFL were forced to compensate clubs they recklessly charge they may do their homework a bit better before doing so.

To take a leaf out of Steve Gibson's book on how to engage with regulatory authority, "the legal writ Will be in the post"
