Maybe, but I've always found it strange the 1st renewal period was so long, surely many people wait until the last week or two anyway? With the multi year discount and free season tickets if we go up, renewing is an easy choice if you can afford it. I'd try a spot of guerilla marketing. Every day email 500 holders at random, giving them 24 hrs to renew at the offer price, every day after that adds £20 to the price, until it's the same as a new ST. FOMO!
