TimRam Posted February 2, 2020 Share Posted February 2, 2020 I remember there used to be so many good tv programmes growing up as a kid/teen. Even with 3 channels, Saturday nights specially was good. It used to be. Respect - I know, because lots of people say so, that it's a good thing that we no longer kowtow to people "just because" they're a politician or a scientist or a CEO of a bank or a policeman or doctor but the pendulum has swung too far the other way. We no longer believe what anyone says, even those who actually know more than we do, "just because" they're a politician, scientist, doctor, policeman, banker.......
