We will sell the allocation given to us, would be nice to see 20,000 plus at the game. Should be a good atmosphere in the away end, more than likely alot of fans will try and make a day of it with plenty of ale flowing. Any clue as to the best pubs in town ?

Said earlier n this thread 12 to 13'k is probably about right going on past history for these games, and it being a midweek night also will keep the gate down.Plus if it is televised then it maybe even lower .

Keep away from the Neptune, Royal Telegraph is home supporters only, Other than that our City centre is full of boozers, Aim for the Market Place and you'll be OK, Tiger Bar, Walkabout, Jorrocks(a bit iffy)Standing Order, Thomas Leaper, Slug and Lettuce, Bar Sport, The Dolphin, The Silk Mill, The Flower Pot(real ale)are all within 5mins walk of the Market Place, Plus many more if you fancy exploring our fine City.

Thanks for the info, might be worth parking close to the Stadium early PM then making our way up to the City Centre, then drink our way back.

The Harvester (DE24 8JE) may be an option for you. Away friendly pub, £5 to park. Roughly halfway between the stadium and the town centre.
