Following Arnesen’s arrival at Feyenoord, his first task was to appoint a successor to Jaap Stam. The former Reading manager resigned from his post last month. The Dutch publication De Volkskrant claim Feyenoord then may turn to Phillip Cocu. His assistant, Chris van der Weerden, is Arnesen’s son-in-law – strengthening the links." The (very short) article is from Bris Vegas, but the source is a Dutch site. The original article is also very short, from a paper with a circulation of 250k, dismissive of Frank Arnesen and with one throwaway speculative line at the end, linking Cocu purely based on the family connection of his assistant. More Mexican speculation from the Bullshitter-in-Chief that is Tom Thorogood.
GboroRam
I think we've seen enough speculation.
